Alex is a seasoned instructional designer with over 15 years of experience in talent development and learning design. In his current role as a Senior Instructional Designer at Abrigo, he creates engaging, interactive e-learning modules, explainer videos, and supporting materials that help community financial institutions across the country thrive. His work is driven by a passion for building inclusive and impactful learning experiences that resonate with diverse audiences.
Beyond his professional role, Alex has a strong commitment to service and community. He has volunteered extensively in the areas of natural resources, equity and inclusion, and talent development. Over the past decade, he has served in various leadership roles with ATD chapters in Oregon and North Carolina, including as a board member, conference planner, and special interest group chair.
Born and raised in Oregon's Willamette Valley, Alex now lives in Cary, North Carolina, with his wife Kristy and their dog Milo. Outside of work, he enjoys running, cycling, and soccer.
