Tomorrow is NOW! Today's Learning and Development professionals need to be prepared to be effective, valuable, and equipped for the changes to the training culture.

Training in the 21st Century is a fast-paced, interactive session that explores emerging trends, communication strategies across generations, and practical tools for the modern trainer. L&D professionals will leave this course equipped to design relevant and future-forward learning experiences.

Whether you’re refreshing your strategy or building new programs, this course delivers a bold blueprint for action.

Russell W. Scott


About Russell:

Russell W. Scott, founder of Russell W. Scott | Training Solutions, LLC, is a Talent Development Leader, Keynote Speaker, and Public Speaking Coach who specializes in customer service, leadership, management, practical skills, and career development training through the P.O.W.E.R. of Intention, with over 30 years of Federal service and private sector training. His audiences include professional teams, support staff, and executives. Mr. Scott’s passion for public speaking and story-telling shines through his course deliveries and facilitated discussions.

Mr. Scott is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team member, as well as Association for Talent Development (ATD) Certified in Virtual Training and Facilitation, and Canva Teacher Essentials certified.

He is also a published writer and mentor. He served as the Vice-Chair of the Charles County Commission for Women in Maryland. He was an Area Director, Mentor, and a former Club Coach in Toastmasters International, as well as a charter member of the Tamara Smiley Hamilton Aspiring Speakers Toastmasters in the D.C./Maryland/Virginia area. He is currently a member of the Toastmasters President’s Distinguished Club, BORN Toastmasters in Raleigh, NC.

Mr. Scott is the co-lead of the Triangle Men’s Mastermind and he has also served as a board member of the DC Blues Society.
