Professional: Technology Application
Organizational: Future Readiness
Organizational: Talent Strategy & Management

Description:

As we continue to see more and more tools emerge, and as the capabilities of AI also continue to improve, we will explore where we are currently, what has changed in recent months, and what that means for Talent Development. We will also take a look at what lies ahead, and Markus will share a sneak preview into some of the developments that are happening behind the scenes of vendors, and what to expect in the upcoming months.

Finally, we will explore how to stay on top of AI developments, how to approach the vendor landscape, and how to continuously refine and improve our AI strategy.
