Nurturing Cultural Awareness and Inclusion in your Learning Environment

ATD Capabilities:

Personal: Cultural Awareness & Inclusion

Description:

When you are facilitating difficult subject matter, how do you adapt and adjust to your diverse audience needs? As learning professionals, we may sometimes be faced with a challenging situation that could have derailed our learning outcomes.

When this occurs, it is important to understand how to foster cultural awareness, encourage cultural sensitivity and broaden viewpoints with your participants. Join us as we talk to D&I leader, Florence Holland, EdD of The Diversity Moment to discuss how to foster cultural awareness and create an inclusive learning environment.

Prework: Please bring one tool that has helped you during a difficult facilitation moment.
