As we move into 2021, join us as we discuss professional learning goals and building your learning path through the ATD Capability model.

As learning professionals, we bet most of us can agree 2020 has been a year of steep learning curves! From pivoting to virtual delivery or accelerating our ways of working to working from home, we all have lessons to share. During this session, we will discuss professional learning goals and building your learning path through the ATD Capability model. Join us as we plan our learning programs for the year!

Before the Meeting: Please plan to take the free ATD Self-Assessment and take this 3 question survey to help us choose our areas of focus for the year. Note: the self-assessment is available to professionals who are not ATD national members, but you do need to create a free account to access it and to save your results.
